Start with whichever door speaks to your current need. If you're carrying a sense that something in you won't settle — a call toward more — begin with the Capacity to Carry Assessment. If your need is more immediately financial — protection, legacy, or strategy — begin with the Financial-FIT Test.
NabsFit$ is built on three pillars — Faith, Fitness, and Finance. Rather than treating those as separate parts of life, we treat them as one act of stewardship: what you've been entrusted with, and how you carry it well.
Both assessments are designed to help answer that question—you don’t have to figure it out alone. Begin with the assessment that best reflects your current need, and your results will help identify the most appropriate next step.
Not exclusively — NabsFit$ is especially designed to equip women through its faith, wellness, and stewardship pathways (Faithfully Fueled™ and Faithfully FIT™). However, the Financially FIT Blueprint™ serves individuals, couples, families, and business owners who want stronger financial structure, protection, and legacy planning.
NabsFit$ is openly grounded in Christian principles of stewardship and legacy, though you don't have to share that background to benefit from the frameworks. Every person is treated with care and respect. The faith-centered coaching and capacity pathways are most appropriate for women who are comfortable exploring their health, resources, and next season through a biblical lens.
This is not a financial coaching program. It is a private financial education and strategy process designed to help you understand your current position, identify potential gaps, and explore protection and legacy strategies that align with your individual goals and stage of life.
A shorter intake tool that helps clarify your starting point before your Financial Clarity Call — so the conversation is focused on you from the first session.
There is no consultation fee for your Financial Clarity Call or Financially FIT Blueprint™ review.
Nabs serves as a licensed financial professional — not as a financial coach selling a package or program. When you choose to implement an appropriate financial strategy, she may be compensated by the insurance company providing the selected solution. This means:
- No upfront consultation fee
- No financial coaching package to purchase
- No obligation to implement a recommendation
- You only move forward when the strategy makes sense for you and your goals
No. The purpose of the process is education and clarity first. You may use what you learn to identify your priorities, organize your financial information, discuss decisions with your family, or prepare for a future conversation.
You should only implement a strategy when you understand it and believe it is appropriate for your needs. Any strategy or product conversation only happens once we've established what actually fits your goals.
Yes. Bringing your existing policies or strategies to the session helps us understand the fuller picture of where you currently stand.
The purpose of the review is not automatically to replace what you have. It is to help you understand how your existing coverage works, identify possible gaps, and determine whether it continues to align with your current needs and goals.
Whenever financial decisions affect a spouse, family, ownership partner, or business, it is helpful for the appropriate decision-makers to participate from the start. This allows everyone to hear the same information, ask questions, and make decisions with greater clarity and agreement.
Yes. Business owners can use the Financially FIT Blueprint™ to explore areas such as:
- Personal and business protection
- Key-person considerations
- Employee-retention strategies
- Business-continuation planning
- Wealth accumulation
- Retirement-income preparation
- Legacy planning
Recommendations are based on the needs, goals, and structure of the individual business.
Financial and insurance services are available in states where Nabs holds the appropriate active license. If you live in a state where she is not currently licensed, licensing availability will be confirmed before any recommendations or applications begin.
The Capacity to Carry Assessment™ is a short reflection tool designed specifically for women. It helps identify which area of capacity may need strengthening so you can more faithfully steward and carry the assignment God has entrusted to you. Based on your results, you'll be guided toward the NabsFit$ pathway that best fits your current season.
We review what your assessment surfaced and identify which area of capacity may be limiting your ability to carry your purpose well.
Together, we determine whether Faithfully Fueled™ or Faithfully FIT™ would be the most supportive next step. There is no pressure to enroll. The purpose of the call is to give you clarity about where you are, what may be limiting your capacity, and what type of support would help most.
Faithfully Fueled™ is a complimentary mentorship experience for women exploring the financial planning profession as a marketplace vehicle for creating long-term financial capacity to faithfully support the assignment God has entrusted to them.
You'll receive an introduction to the profession, the opportunity to serve clients, and mentorship to help you discern whether this path aligns with your gifts, values, and goals.
Women who choose to continue in the profession receive ongoing mentorship and business development support as they continue building their business.
Faithfully FIT™ is a six-week, personalized one-on-one coaching experience with an investment of $997, paid in full before the program begins.
Enrollment is intentionally limited each month to preserve the depth of personalization, accountability, and direct support provided to each woman.
During your Capacity Clarity Call, we will discuss your assessment results, starting point, goals, and the personalized coaching approach that would best support you. This allows you to fully understand the experience before deciding whether to enroll.

Your next season requires more than ambition.
